WOW! I was pricing a machine for a friend of mine who I reccomended to your site. He purchased the product from you (Dell laptop). I have purchased from you many times in the past, and have always been happy with your products and service. That is why I reccomended you to my friend. Your site is easy to use and you provide shipping prices before ordering. Now you are following up because I put something in my cart, and you want to make sure all is OK. After working the pricing for my friend at your site, I went to Dell to buy another machine for myself. I spent three hours trying to get the shopping cart to work, for every time I added to the cart, the site dumped my order and I had to start over building the machine. I was not able to get the order entered and eventually gave up until the next day when I had to call them to place the order. My point: Your site works great, you have low prices, your customer service is far above what can be expected or imagined, and you beat the "big boys" hands down. What more can I say?
