NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OR TEXT TWEETING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED.

1. Promotion Description: Pacific Geek (“Sponsor”) will award one (1) First Place Prize and four (4) Second Place Prices in a random drawing sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Prizes are more completely described below in Rule 5, Description of Prizes.

2. Promotion Period: The Pacific Geek Twitter Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) and ends on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. How to Enter: Between Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) and Friday, February 25, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) go to http://twitter.com/ and complete the following steps:

Become a follower of the @Pacific Geek brand on Twitter at http://twitter.com/PacificGeek.
To enter the sweepstakes, you will need to retweet the posted message @PacificGeek between Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) and Friday, February 25, 2011 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). Only the retweets sent during this time period are eligible for entry. Limit (1) entry per person and per twitter user name. Multiple entries from any person or Twitter handle after the first entry is received will be void.
A Twitter account is required to enter and can be opened at http://twitter.com. There is no charge for opening a Twitter account.

Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Pacific Geek

28” HDMI Blu-ray Widescreen LCD Monitor. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The sweepstakes offer is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of sweepstakes entry. Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor or of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.

If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or greater value.

6. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prizes: One First Prize Winner and Four Second Place Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be drawn on February 28, 2011 and announced on Twitter by March 1, 2011.

The Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received within the Promotion Period by an independent judging agency (“Judges”). The Judges will notify the winner by direct message. Decisions made by the Judges on all matters regarding this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The First Place Prize Winner may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact the First Place Prize Winner and cannot do so within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or returned the Affidavit and/or Releases within the specified time period, that Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected.

All Prizes will be delivered to the Winners by USPS or express delivery service.

7. Miscellaneous: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws in the State of Nevada and is void where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.

Winners also agree to release and hold Releasees harmless from any liability in connection with the Pacific Geek “42” Widescreen HDTV Twitter Sweepstakes or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.

The Winner will also be announced on the Pacific Geek website at www.pacificgeek.com.
